When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, allstarts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has afine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind,intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfectjob.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forgetwhich you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put mypersonality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process Iwill combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that Ireally grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love willperfection and happy in the future.

A good number of them, referring to the current phase of social transitionin China, have come out in favour of the mass education programme that has beenpractised in recent years in Chinese universities. Others have raised doubtsabout the reliability of the figure of only 70% as the rate of employment fornew graduates, which they consider to be alarmist. In fact, according to thestatistics provided by the Ministry of Education itself, out of the 2.12 milliongraduates in the general higher education sector in 2003, 640,000 had not signeda work contract by the end of their studies In these circumstances, it isunderstandable that in the current labour market in Shanghai, for example, newuniversity graduates are settling for a monthly salary of 1,200 yuan, slightlymore than double Shanghai’s minimum wage, at the same time as they are having toface significant overheads (superannuation, unemployment insurance, healthinsurance, etc.).

If we take into account the cost of living in Shanghai (includingaccommodation, transport and telecommunications), it would appear that thesalary of these graduates is barely enough to cover their basic needs . Thepurpose of this article is to better understand the current unemployment ofyoung graduates, beyond any proposals being put forward in the context of highereducation reform.

The color of youth is brightand we make most use of our ardor to draw the scenes to the canvas of painting.But we may be confused and lose our direction in the youth time. Under this,youth slips away. Roman Roland says, life doesn’t issue return ticket and cannever come back once sets out. So we should seize the short youth time and tryour best to pursue our ideal. Do what should we do and let our youth withoutregret.

When we refer to ideal, we will realize the importance of ideal. Ideal isthe beacon,. Without ideal, we will lose the firm direction. Without direction,we will lose our life. According to this, every one of us should establish ourown ideal .so that we have the direction of straggle to the future. Tolstoytells us, we should have the life objective from the whole life to the second.So we should cherish every moment and form our systematic objective. Youth isthe prime time. We have strong body and energy and can sense the meaning of lifeunder the guide of ideal.

As we know, the ideal is plentiful and reality is skinny. But we shouldbelieve that we will become stronger and stronger in the way to pursue ideal.Future is unknown,. If we hope our future is nice, we should enrich our youthtime and find the direction of future.
